Full comprehensive electrical inspection/test reports can be issued which will outline any serious electrical problems found within the property, and recommendations on how to bring the property up to the required electrical standards.

These can be produced for landlords, grant purposes and mortage purposes.

Once the certificate has been produced using approved software it can either be printed and mailed to your address or if required can be converted in to electronic PDF format and emailed to you.                                            (Please note that you will require Adobe Acrobat reader installed to be able to read the certificate if emailing is required)

All electrical test and reports are produced to BS 7671: 2008 standards and in accordance with the 17th Edition of the I.E.E. Regulations.

Note !

All installations and repairs carried out will automatically result in a test report been issued along with the work carried out being submitted to the N.I.C.E.I.C. organisation, as part of the The Domestic Installer Scheme and Part P of the Building Regulations.
